We are proud to have a general Corporate Law practice, rendering legal service in the form of consultation, preventive legal analysis and litigation.

Rivera & Rivera offices are conveniently located on the 3rd floor at the 14, Tirandentes Ave. in the Heart of Santo Domingo. Although there are other important cities, the Dominican Republic has a sole jurisdiction practice area, for which the firm is in the best capability of providing the same assistance in any of these areas with the formalities required.

Members of the firm play a full part in conference and seminars on a number of subjects including commerce, investment and taxation. Member of the firm also contribute with articles and reports in publications dealing with the Dominican and international legal issues.

Also our firm participates in multiple international forums related to legal and economical topics, such as Annual Meeting of international trade marks association, American Intellectual Property law association, American Bar association among others.
